I am the "thread" portion of Timber and Thread. I have been the owner of For You Creations since 2011.  I started my business when my daughter was born and I made her hair bows. I had extra supplies and loved seeing the joy when she wore them and people complimented me on then, that I decided to make and sell the bows. Since then, my business has evolved based on new hobbies that I enjoy.

The one hobby that has stayed consistant is my love for sewing. In the early 2000's, I bought a rag quilt at my churches holiday boutique. With the help of my mom, I learned how to make my very own. I have entered multiple  rag quilts in the Fresno County Fair where I have placed first many times.

More recently, I made the leap and began to make Memory Bears. I have a friend whose husband passed away so I started by making  9 bears of various sizes, for her, their children and grandchildren with her husbands shirts.
